We are a small family partnership, led by a brother and sister team (or sister and brother depending on who you ask ;). No two buildings are the same and even after 10 years in the trade we still get excited about the potential in each property we work with.

Pete has successfully bought, renovated and sold family homes in the central south of England for the last 10 years. In his spare time he has completed a number of smaller renovations for clients across the UK and Europe. With a hands-on attitude and a lot of singing he has done much of the work himself and built up a first hand knowledge as well as a great team of expert tradesmen to rely on.

Sarah has worked with property one way or another for the past 25 years, always with one eye on the creative vision and one on the practical delivery. After completing a diploma with the prestigious KLC, she has focussed on interiors and furnishings. As well as creating beautiful homes and commercial premises for clients in Scotland she is a champion of the artisan – seeking out local makers and supporting small businesses where possible.

Working with heritage properties is a particularly favourite thing to do. The team have experience in working with listed building departments, preparing heritage statements and raising grant funding.

After years of experience managing clients’ ambitions, expectations, budgets and teams both Pete and Sarah are adept at working with people – as comfortable on site as in the drawing room bringing dreams to life.
